A healthy and glowing skin is dream of every person out there. But is, as hard to get. It requires months, or sometimes years to get that perfect glowing and healthy skin.

Imagine you have been carelessly ruining your skin from all these years, so at least give your skin a 10% time of all these years to heal and be healthy. Achieving a healthy skin is not one-day process, it requires patience and good care.

But in this busy life, that we all are living, spending hours to treat and pamper your skin is kind of impossible. We require a number of products concerning different areas to treat them individually and correctly. Thus, we need a handful of products and a huge variety to achieve that dream glowing skin.

Sounds difficult? So, is there any other way to achieve your dream skin in a less difficult manner? The answer is certainly Yes!

The three most important things that your skin needs on everyday basis is Cleansing, Treating and Moisturizing. Cleansing is for, obviously cleaning your skin, treating is finding the right concern to treat your skin and moisturizing is locking the natural hydration and moisturizing the skin cells. This triangle is perfect to achieve the skin you want over time.

Make sure to use skin care products that are herbal and natural. We use makeup all day long on our face whether lipstick, foundation, mascara or what not? Almost every makeup product has a number of chemicals mixed in it. So treating your kin with natural skincare products is really essential to let our skin heal at night, and be ready to bear the chemicals of makeup the whole day. Using herbal skincare forms a coat over your face to prevent the chemicals from makeup enter the skin pores and damage it.

Using natural products is really necessary to protect and pamper your skin perfectly. So below is the basic 3 step guide of everyday natural skincare products that I personally like. So let's begin.

1. Cleansing

Cleansing

Do I really need to elaborate on this one that, why cleaning your face at least two times a day is important?

With all the impurities, dirt and pollution striking your face the whole day, you really need to deeply clean your face in order to clean it. Scrubbing is different from cleaning, and must be done only 3 or 4 times a week. So, consider scrubbing your face at alternative days.

Usage:Take required amount in your hands and start gently rubbing your face in circular and upward motions. Rubbing in upward motions lifts up your skin and prevents sagging. Continue cleaning your face for at least 2 minutes, wash off and dry your face by dabbing towel on your face, avoid rubbing the towel. Wait 2 minutes before proceeding with next step.

Now the thing you need to keep in mind is your skin type. Every skin type is different and so do their requirements.

Dry skin type: For dry skin people, you need to find a face wash that is hydrating. When your skin cells lack natural waters, skin becomes dry and scrappy. So to fulfill this requirement of hydration, you need to find a face wash that is hydrating in nature. You can also use a face wash that contains essential oils or aloevera.

Normal skin type: If you have normal skin, you can actually use any kind of facewash or cleanser except the oil control ones. Oil control face washes are meant to clear excessive oil from oily skin, and normal skin doesn't need that. So, you can use hydrating, moisturizing or any type of natural face wash.

Oily skin type: Oily skin can be the most irritating during summers. Heat, humid with a bowl full of oil on your face makes it worsen. If your skin is oily, chances are your skin lacks moisturization. To overcome this, your skin tends to become oily. So, you need to give your face as much as moisturization you can. So do not use face washes that makes your skin feel dry after washing. Choose a face wash that is moisturizing enough, according to the need of your skin.

Combination skin: If you have combination skin, maybe your skin lacks both moisturization and hydration, generally oily part is the T-zone of the face and rest is dry or normal. Find a face wash that satisfy both of the needs simultaneously.

2. Toner

Toner

You have cleansed your face according to your skin type. Now, again just like face washes, toner also comes for different skin types.

If you aren't doing anything to your face, no particular eye creams, acne creams, pimple reduction creams and blah blah, Toner is the answer. Toners are generally pore tightening in nature and helps unclog your pores, and makes larger pores smaller. This helps in reducing the entrance of dirt and pollution in your open pores and thus, make your skin clean from inside.

Once your face is cleaned from inside, skin related problems like acne, pimples, scars etc. reduce with time.

So, choose the perfect toner for yourself according to your need.

Usage: Take a little amount of toner on a cotton pad, gently dab onto your skin starting from your nose area. Once done with this, leave the toner to dry and absorb in the skin.

3. Moisturizer

Moisturizer

Your basic skin care comes down to this last important step, that is, moisturizing your face nicely.

Choose a moisturizer according to your skin type, that whether your skin needs hydration or moisturization. Moisturizing your face perfectly acts as a shield that protects the chemical from your makeup products to enter your open pours and harm your skin. Also, a moisturizer with SPF is a plus, plus.

Moisturization helps locking the natural oils and water of your face, and also provide extra hydration or moisturization that your skin needs

Usage: Take required amount of cream in your hands and rub this cream between your hands to warm it up a bit. Warming up the cream helps the cream to get easily absorbed in your skin. After warming up, apply the cream on your face. Apply at least 2 coats of moisturizer on your face and you are good to go.

This 3-step skin care guide is the easiest way to make your skin healthy and protect it from harmful dirt and pollutions that are wandering out there. No matter how busy you are, your skin needs at least 5 minutes in a day to be taken care of.

Show your skin some love with this simplest, basic guide to daily skin care routine to make your skin healthy and glowing.
