We couldn't even begin to imagine having such a herculean diet. We have to remember that Dwayne's training regiment is rigorous and he needs the carbohydrates and proteins to sustain himself. Moreover, everything is either grilled or boiled having very little seasoning. We don't have to follow the diet by the book and should try to eat a balanced diet consisting of the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fiber.

Excessive body weight may cause sleep apnea where the sleeping pattern is disrupted due to obstruction in breathing. Dwayne Johnson follows a rigorous training regime and works out six times a week. Even when he is on tours around the world, his workout routine remains the same. He wakes up at 4:00 am every morning and goes for a half an hour run followed by cardio. Now it is not possible for us to follow a workout routine like him but we can always squeeze in an hour or half an hour of exercise into our lifestyles. This will bring about a huge positive difference in our lives. It s not necessary that we must only work out in the gym, we can do yoga, go for a swim or a run, do some freehand exercises at home. The main point is to put in some sort of exercise into our daily routines so that we may live a positive, fulfilling and healthy life.
