Karela (bitter gourd) is a well known Ayurvedic herb. The juice is extracted from the fruits and leaves of karela, one of the rare plants that contain Polypeptide-P, a plant insulin that lowers blood sugar level. When enriched with the goodness of jamun seed extract, it can be a versatile tonic for diabetes, blood disorders, piles, and intestinal worms. It is also effective in losing weight, improving liver functions, and cleansing toxins from the body.
Bitter gourd contains a chemical called Charantin that reduces high blood glucose levels, making it a great remedy for those who have diabetes. It purifies the blood and cures disorders like blood boils and itching caused by blood poisoning. It is high in fibers and is thus able to prevent constipation. It also cures stomach disorders by stimulating the secretion of gastric juices.
How To Use
Have 20-30 ml of karela juice twice a day on empty stomach, or according to physicians advice.
