How to use
Wrap the bandage snugly around the affected area but it should not be too tight.
Ensure that the areas above and below the injury are covered.
Apply the bandage firmly, but not tightly, and secure the end by folding it over and tying a knot in the end. You can also use a safety pin, adhesive (sticky) tape, or a bandage clip.
Remove the bandage before you go to sleep.Or use as recommended by a medical practitioner.
